Our goal is to help individuals articulate their life dreams, explore opportunities, set and achieve goals, make informed choices, and build advocacy and leadership skills. We are a vendor of several regional centers throughout the state of California to provide person centered planning and self directed supports for individuals enrolling in the self determination program.

Person Centered Planning
The goal of person centered planning is to facilitate a process that results in a strength based plan that highlights who the person is and what supports are needed to help them achieve their goals. We provide a trauma informed, person-centric experience that is intended to feel positive and empowering. Self Determination Enrollment Supports
The Self-Determination Program creates an alternative to the traditional way of receiving regional center services. It offers individuals and their circle of support the opportunity to be creative, think outside the box, and make their own plan for how they want to live. Independent Faciliation
We provide ongoing support and advocacy after the transition into the Self-Determination Program (SDP). Our team has an in depth understanding of the service system and individuals and families can rely on us to help them discover resources, increase independence, and meet goals. The Leadership Academy
Our Leadership Academy empowers individuals with developmental disabilities to grow in confidence, develop leadership skills, and make a meaningful impact in their communities. We are proud to partner with North Bay Regional Center to offer our Leadership Academy in both English and Spanish twice per year.
Our Spanish Leadership Academy, supported by the DDS Language Access and Cultural Competence Program, is designed specifically for Spanish-speaking individuals and their family members. Our goal is to ensure that language is never a barrier to growth, leadership, and community engagement.
