Supporting people is what we do. We use a strengths-based approach that focuses on abilities and positive impact to help people realize their potential and achieve their goals. Alift is well-versed in person-centered thinking practices and has certified trainers who facilitate person-centered training for individuals and organizations. We are experienced in supporting people with person-centered planning and helping them transition into California’s Self-Determination Program.
Alift also works with organizations. We recognize that each organization is unique; the goal is to asses strengths and challenges, understand the agency’s culture, and find the right tools to help leadership achieve their goals. Our focus is to keep things simple. We start by honoring an organization’s existing culture, encouraging out-of-the-box thinking, and helping teams adapt to change.
